  • As a representative of your organization, you are responsible for the accuracy of any
  • information you submit.
  • We will share information about your organization with other agencies as needed,
  • allowed, or required by law. For example, we may share your information with the agencies or persons who need the information to do their jobs, such as the commissioner of social services for purposes of implementing, administering, and evaluating the child care practitioner professional development system, and ABC Quality (South Carolina’sQuality Rating and Improvement System) or anyone authorized by law to receive the information.

We are required to follow the terms of this notice, but we may change our privacy policy in the future. We might do this, for example, because privacy laws change and require us to change our practices. Any changes to our privacy rules can be found on this page.
