We are hiring for two of our Quality Coach positions. This position functions as a part of the South Carolina Child Care & Resource Referral team of statewide Instructors/Training Coordinators (Quality Coaches) that provides technical assistance and professional development to early childhood programs and collaborates with partner agencies to coordinate services. This position is home-based.
For this position, the selected applicant must obtain two approvals, both from SC Endeavors, within 12 months of employment: (1) Approval as a South Carolina Certified Trainer Credential in all areas of child development (2) Approval as a South Carolina Certified Technical Assistance Provider.
Master’s degree and 1 year training and development experience, or bachelor’s degree and 3 years training and development experience.
